You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

4. Products, colour and handcraft variation

Our garments are handcrafted. Hand embroidery, hand block printing, hand dyeing and hand finishing produce natural variation between pieces.

Slight irregularities in embroidery, minor colour variation, small differences in bead or sequin placement, and marks left by the embroidery frame are inherent to handcrafted garments. They are not defects and are not grounds for return.

Product images are photographed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. Fabric may photograph differently under studio lighting.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations.

5. Sizing, measurements and alterations

Standard sizes follow our published size guide. You are responsible for selecting the correct size.

Where you supply custom measurements, you are responsible for their accuracy. Garments stitched to measurements you have supplied cannot be returned or exchanged if those measurements were incorrect.

Any alteration performed by a third party voids all recourse against us in respect of that garment.

6. Pricing and accuracy of information

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Orders and payment

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, in whole or in part, after the order confirmation has been sent.

We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We may also refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

8. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please read it before ordering. Made-to-order, custom-stitched, altered and sale items are final sale.

We provide access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, and without any endorsement.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability for any third-party materials or websites.

If you send certain specific submissions or creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail or otherwise (collectively, "comments"), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
